IPO Update November 5, 2017: Cape Range Ltd is pleased to announce the IPO has raised close to over $1 million above the minimum requirement.
Existing shareholders of Cape Range Ltd with legacy shares will continue to hold ordinary tradable shares on the re-listing of Cape Range. For details of the consolidation (8:1) and transaction please see Notice of Meeting August below.

Presenting an offer of 22,500,000 Shares at an issue price of $0.20 per Share to raise $4,500,000, with the ability to accept over-subscriptions to raise up to a further $1,500,000 (Public Offer).

- 30,000,000 Shares and 30,000,000 Performance Rights to the Biztrak Shareholders (Consideration Offer); and
